1. The service and your account
Phxcts is an independent communication and networking platform for adult dog breeders, dog owners, individual and business buyers, and participating organizations. Supply accurate details, use the appropriate Buyer or Breeder account type, and represent a business only with authority. Protect your login and complete required two-factor authentication.
2. Profiles, records, and credential review
Content and records may be owner-reported, incomplete, outdated, or unverified. Confirm important information with the original registry, veterinarian, or laboratory. A review badge describes only the specific review stated; it does not guarantee identity, health, ownership, professional qualifications, or breeding suitability. Paid membership is separate from credential review.
3. Your content and animal welfare
Upload only information and photographs you have authority to share. You retain ownership and give Phxcts permission to store, format, and display content as needed to provide the service according to its visibility settings. Remove unnecessary personal information. Do not scrape or redistribute restricted records without permission.
Fraud, harassment, cruelty, animal fighting, unlawful trading, impersonation, and concealment of material known health information are prohibited. Members must follow laws applicable to their listings and transactions. Report concerns to the business inbox.
4. Membership, cancellation, and refunds
Enthusiast permits viewing only; Network and Pro include member messaging. Owners control which restricted records they share.
Current availability and paid opt-in
Paid memberships are not currently available. A free account does not require a payment card and does not automatically become paid. Before a paid membership can be purchased, its price in USD, included features, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation and refund rules will be displayed for a separate checkout choice.
If you choose a recurring membership when it becomes available, it renews at the disclosed interval until canceled. Phxcts will not start recurring billing merely because you created a free account.
Cancellation
When recurring memberships become available, you can stop future renewals through My account → Membership & billing → Manage payments & cancel renewal, or request cancellation at pawphxcts@phxcts.com. Cancellation normally keeps access until the end of the paid period and does not require deleting your account.
A cancellation request and a refund request are different. Canceling future renewals does not itself reverse a payment already made. This does not limit a refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law or the terms of your purchase.
Refunds and billing issues
For a refund request, an unexpected charge, a duplicate or unauthorized payment, or paid access that was not delivered, contact pawphxcts@phxcts.com. Include your account email, payment date, and a description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, password, or banking credentials.
Phxcts will review the issue and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law or the terms disclosed and accepted for the purchase. Any additional refund eligibility, deadlines, and conditions will be displayed before you pay. These provisions do not limit nonexcludable consumer rights or lawful payment disputes.
A full payment refund removes the membership access associated with that payment after payment-provider confirmation. It does not make private records public.
Platform fees and independent transactions
Membership fees cover Phxcts platform access. Phxcts remains responsible for its own membership delivery, authorized billing, and applicable refunds even when Stripe processes a payment.
Dog purchases, breeding arrangements, deposits, adoption fees, transport charges, and external donations are separate transactions governed by the relevant parties’ agreements. Phxcts does not collect those payments in this release.
The cancellation and refund page repeats these payment provisions for convenient reference.
5. Independent third parties
Dog breeders, buyers, registries, veterinarians, rescues, and outside service providers act independently. Unless separately agreed in writing, Phxcts is not the seller, breeder, veterinarian, broker, transporter, escrow service, or a party to an animal transaction. Members make their own agreements and should independently verify material claims.
To the extent permitted by law, Phxcts does not guarantee or accept responsibility for independent third parties’ acts, omissions, content, animals, services, websites, or transaction outcomes merely by providing a profile, link, contact tool, review label, or partnership reference. This does not exclude responsibility for Phxcts’s own conduct, billing, data handling, or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Service availability and account restrictions
Breeder accounts must complete credential review and final program approval before public program or dog profiles, member messaging, record sharing, or network participation are available. Private drafts and evidence submission remain available while review is pending. Paying for a membership does not grant verification. Changes to reviewed information or expired or outdated evidence may require renewed review before those features are restored.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, security review, or legal requirements. We may restrict accounts or content for material breaches, credible safety concerns, or fraud, with an explanation and opportunity to contact support when reasonably practicable. These limits do not remove mandatory refund or privacy rights.
7. Rights and disputes
Platform materials and third-party trademarks remain their owners’ property. Report intellectual-property concerns to the business inbox with identification of the work, disputed location, and your authority.
Services are provided as available, subject to mandatory legal protections and express promises we make. Nothing here waives nonexcludable consumer or privacy rights. You may contact Phxcts support about a dispute. These terms do not require arbitration or waive the right to bring a class action where that right is available.
