Information we handle

Phxcts handles account email, display name, Buyer or Breeder identity, profile details (including a Buyer’s optional business or organization name), dog information, uploaded documents, messages, saved profiles, support reports, security events, and membership status. Authentication is provided through Supabase. Passwords and authenticator checks are handled by the authentication service; do not place secrets in profiles or messages.

Credential review

When you submit program credentials, we store the business name, operating region, representation and activity information, credential references, supplied dates, and supporting explanations. These submissions, automated review flags, independent-source findings, and reviewer notes are private to the applicant and authorized Phxcts administrators. We use rules to identify missing information, duplicate references, approaching expiry, and source reviews needing renewal. Flags do not establish fraud or legal compliance. We retain review history for accountability and disputes. You may request correction or deletion through our contact address.

Who can see your information

Published dog and breeding program profiles are intended for public browsing. The saved Buyer profile form is private to the account holder and authorized Phxcts administrators. When Buyers post, comment, or send messages, their account display name and the content they share are visible to the relevant audience. Community posts and comments can be viewed publicly. Messages are available to their participants and administrators handling support, security, or legal matters. Do not include private contact or household details in a public biography.

Health, pedigree, and registration documents are restricted to their owner by default. An owner may explicitly share selected documents or profile history with eligible paid members. Membership does not create permission to access every record. Downloaded records cannot be recalled, so share only information you are entitled to disclose.

Why and with whom we process data

We process information to provide profiles and connections, authenticate accounts, enforce permissions, deliver memberships, respond to support, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and comply with applicable law. Hosting and document storage use Cloudflare infrastructure supporting Phxcts. Supabase supports account authentication and its configured email provider delivers account messages. Stripe processes payment details; Phxcts stores provider identifiers, payment/access status, and policy acceptance records rather than card numbers.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own to provide the services described here. Phxcts does not sell personal information or use member records as unrestricted advertising material.

Retention, security, and your choices

We use access controls, required two-factor authentication, private file responses, and encrypted application backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. Account or membership suspension does not make private records public.

Data is retained while needed to provide the service and for security, disputes, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Request access, correction, export, or deletion at pawphxcts@phxcts.com. Identity and authority must be checked. Deletion can be limited by others’ rights, legal obligations, and backup retention.

Cookies and children

Essential session cookies support sign-in and account security. This release does not introduce advertising trackers or nonessential analytics. Phxcts accounts are for adults 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been submitted.
