Dog breeders often build communities around their own kennels or independent programs, or use general social platforms to stay in touch. Phxcts connects those independent programs in one network dedicated to their work. Members can exchange knowledge, discuss potential collaborations, and coordinate meetings through messages. Each business keeps its own identity and makes its own agreements.

Room for different roles and experience.

A Breeder account represents a breeding program and its authorized contact. A Buyer account can represent an individual or a business. Pedigree and registry membership are not entry requirements. Breeder accounts must complete credential review and final program approval before publishing profiles, sharing records, or participating in the network. Enthusiast membership is view-only; Network and Pro include member messaging and community participation. Dog profiles and shared records provide context for professional conversations.

Evidence before assumptions.

Records are supplied by owners and may be incomplete or unverified. Confirm original results with the relevant registry, veterinarian, or laboratory. Paying for membership does not verify a business, license, or dog. A Phxcts review label describes the scope of the review completed. It does not certify legal compliance or guarantee a dog’s health or ownership.

Every dog deserves a loving home.

We welcome responsible dog breeders and buyers, and support constructive dialogue with adoption and rehoming organizations. Every dog has value, regardless of pedigree, age, or origin. Humane care and a lifelong commitment come first.

Rescues, adoption organizations, registries, and responsible service providers are welcome to propose a partnership. We review relationships before presenting them as official partnerships. No organizations or donation recipients are currently presented as approved partners.
